It is also strongly recommended to disable checking outgoing emails in these programs.

In order to use direct sending mode, make sure you have access to SMTP 25 port . In case you're working under a firewall, you can use relay sending mode or send via socks proxy server. You can also install Bulk Mailer on VPS/Dedicated Windows server or use a special Email Sending Script.

Pay attention that the sending speed may vary. It depends on your Internet connection speed and the size of the message.

The desktop CD allows you to try Xubuntu without changing your computer at all, and at your option to install it permanently later. This type of CD is what most people will want to use. You will need at least 192MiB of RAM to install from this CD.
